Let's be honest, we all need to talk more kindly to ourselves. But wow, sometimes it's really hard to come up with nice things to say when we're spiraling down a rabbit hole of negativity. Here's a pre-made list of positive things to say to yourself when you need a boost but need a little help to give yourself the boost!
1. I am enough
2. I am abundant
3. I am beautiful/handsome
4. I am strong
5. Though I am not where I want to be right now, I am exactly where I need to be
6. My success is inevitable
7. Everything that is meant for me will find me when the time is right
8. I am loved
9. I AM love
10. I am resilient
11. I attract all that is meant for me
12. I am kind
13. My heart is whole even when it is hurting or feels broken
14. My emotions are valid even if they are not understood
15. I am unique
16. I am in a competition with no one
17. I am in a state of allowance
18. I am smart
19. I am talented
20. I am skillful
21. I am a hard worker
22. I am in control of my life
23. I do not allow things that are out of my control to have control over my emotions
