Let's be honest, we all need to talk more kindly to ourselves. But wow, sometimes it's really hard to come up with nice things to say when we're spiraling down a rabbit hole of negativity. Here's a pre-made list of positive things to say to yourself when you need a boost but need a little help to give yourself the boost!


1. I am enough

2. I am abundant

3. I am beautiful/handsome

4. I am strong

5. Though I am not where I want to be right now, I am exactly where I need to be

6. My success is inevitable

7. Everything that is meant for me will find me when the time is right

8. I am loved

9. I AM love

10. I am resilient

11. I attract all that is meant for me

12. I am kind

13. My heart is whole even when it is hurting or feels broken

14. My emotions are valid even if they are not understood

15. I am unique

16. I am in a competition with no one

17. I am in a state of allowance

18. I am smart

19. I am talented

20. I am skillful

21. I am a hard worker

22. I am in control of my life

23. I do not allow things that are out of my control to have control over my emotions

24. I am worthy

25. My best is enough, and I do not have to kill myself trying to be the ‘best’

26. I am worthy of setting and maintaining boundaries

27. I am capable

28. I am at home inside of my body

29. It is okay for me to make mistakes

30. I am worthy of forgiveness

31. It is okay to not be okay

32. I will be okay

33. The hard times are not forever

34. It is okay to not always be the strong one

35. It is okay to say no

37. I do not need external validation

38. But it is okay to want attention/affection

I recommend repeating the same statement multiple times to help it sink in to your brain <3
